SACHEM to Exhibit at SEMICON West 2011 Highlighting Envure System™ Next Generation Electronic Performance Products

Austin, TX June 13, 2011 — SACHEM will be exhibiting at SEMICON West 2011, July 12-14 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. SACHEM’s new feature offering this year is the Envure System™, an exciting new platform of next generation electronic formulation components for complex cleaning, etching or stripping applications.

 

SACHEM’s Envure System™ includes four categories of products:

  • Envure™ high purity organic bases for use in various end applications
  • Envure LX™ formulation components provide our highest purity products for the most sensitive cleaning, etching or stripping applications
  • Envure NA™ custom designed performance products deliver our high purity components in solvents for photoresist strippers, electronic surface cleaners, edge bead removers requiring little or no water
  • Envure™ Specialties includes SACHEM’s new bulk silicon etch platform which offers new products for bulk silicon etching including SiAN Etch™ and SiAN Pro™. These products are tunable with temperature and concentration for integrated circuit (IC) and other photovoltaic (PV) applications.
