Victor v.d. Pas has been with SACHEM for 24 years. He started as analytical chemist and gained valuable experience in various roles prior to assuming a leadership role as Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager at SACHEM Europe B.V.
The “Plant manager of the Year 2012 election is an initiative of the journal Petrochem and the industry association VNCI. Each year, the organization looks for innovative plant managers who achieved considerable improvement in safety, health, environment, productivity and quality during the past year. The other two finalists this year are Michel Mertens of DSM and Louis Oostvogels of Styron.
