“The Japan earthquake and tsunami is a significant tragedy that will take time to resolve,” said John E. Mooney, Chairman and President of SACHEM. “A catastrophe of this scale brings out the best in people. Even though we are only a small part of this relief effort, with the Japanese people resiliently carrying the burden, I am proud to see how many SACHEM associates felt compelled to step up and help. We send condolences to all who have been impacted.”
Thomas J. Mooney, President SACHEM Asia commented: “SACHEM and our employees are proud to be part of the relief effort. This is who we are. We want to reach out and help where we can. SACHEM Asia’s and SNT’s facilities were not impacted. While we consider ourselves fortunate, we feel the responsibility to support Japan during these trying times.”
SACHEM is prepared to provide product and service support from its global facility platform such that SACHEM’s customers remain unaffected by supply from SACHEM.
